The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.47 of 2014, arising out of Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No.42 of 2013 registered under Sections 364, 120B/34 and later on added Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Adhoc Additonal Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No.29885 of 2013 on merit, which would appear

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14824 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 from Annexure-'1' to this application. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
