Petitioner is accused in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 806 of 2017 arising out of Special Excise Case No. 2736 of 2017 registered under Sections 379/411 of the I.P.C. and 37(c) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
