Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Pintu Paswan has already been granted privilege of bail and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 680 of 2014.
