Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 322/307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of tangi causing head injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that there is specific allegation against the
