JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 308 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 338, 436, 427, 332, 333, 132, 153, 153(A), 295, 295(A), 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and several other accused persons is of raising slogan in Durga Puja when procession came near Madarsa and trying to disrupt the communal harmony.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against any of the petitioner and moreover the allegation alleged to have been

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S.
