The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019 registered under Sections 379, 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-P/2 to the supplementary affidavit. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1309 of 2020(10) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
