The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted, has antecedent of one case as pleaded in the supplementary affidavit and is a woman.
It is further submitted that allegation is of looting Rs.1,19,60,777/- from the bank by unknown criminals. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the F.I.R. was against unknown and there is no

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is the wife of accused Mukesh Kumar Ram and as such she came to be implicated as some recovery was made from the house of Mukesh Kumar. It is next submitted that Azmeri Khatoon has been granted bail vide order dated 19.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 67372 of 2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted, co-accused has been granted bail, and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 458 of 2021.
