The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case NO.382 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A/26/35 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of two cartridges from the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for four months Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1305 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.382 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
