The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant from her matrimonial house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2693 of 2022(2) dt.14-06-2022 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the informant and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the informant and her husband.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
