The petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2014 and 9.11.2014 in connection with K. Nagar P.S.Case No.255 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners have been named in the FIR, there is no allegation against them. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the fact that earlier the marriage of the daughter of Rajendra Mandal was fixed with petitioner no.3 Sanjay Mandal but later on, it was broken of and that is why the petitioners have been named in the present case. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioners are in custody and also the fact that they have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners (1) Haren Mandal, (2)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12256 of 2015 (2) dt.26-05-2015 2/2 Guju Mandal, (3) Sanjay Mandal and (3) Nimay Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs/10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S.Case No.555 of 2014.
