The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S.Case No733 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

There is recovery of one live cartridge from the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in one more case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of the police. He is in custody since 6.11.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3244 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Katihar in connection with Katihar Town P.S.Case No.733 of 2019.. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
