2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already resigned from service which has also been accepted vide memo no. 605 dated 8.7.2023, contained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1810 of 2025(3) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 annexure OP-A to the counter affidavit.

5. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert this fact.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII cum Sub Judge XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in Patepur Police Station Case No. 351 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
