JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 08-05-2017 Petitioner has filed this petition in Public Interest and the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted an application on 25.07.2016 to the Registrar General of the Patna High Court ventilating a grievance with regard to certain activities in the matter of the proceedings before the District courts, where certain irregularities are being committed as the instance of vested interest. Taking note of the fact that the representation has been submitted to the Registrar General and the High Court has to deal with the same on the administrative side.
For the present, without entering into the issue on merit, it is directed that the Registrar General of the High Court shall look
Patna High Court CWJC No.688 of 2017 dt.08-05-2017 2/2 into the grievance of the petitioner, evaluate the application dated 25.07.2016 and proceed with it on the administrative side for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
