The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case No.177 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of motorcycle, Fridge and Cooler and for that torturing the informant (wife).

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and concocted. As a matter of fact she does not want to reside with the petitioner on her own. He is in custody for two months and ready to co-operate in the disposal of the case and undertakes not to tamper with evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S.Case no.177 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
