Petitioner was caught red handed by fleeing away after pick pocketing and the stolen money was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner had gone to meet his relative but unfortunately he was caught on mere suspicion. It is further contended by him that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody since 17.12.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
