This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.1005 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The criminals have looted one motorcycle and some money etc. from the informant. The looted motorcycle as well as the motorcycle used in the crime have been recovered from the statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. If there is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5857 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 substantial progress in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
