The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

On the information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, raid was laid, when from the possession of the petitioner four cartridges, mobile and motorcycle were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12880 of 2015 (02) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
