Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the case diary, that except confessional statement of co-accused persons, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, moreover, some co-accused persons having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
