JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, a direction is issued to the appropriate authority to consider his case for absorption. Accordingly it is directed that in case, the petitioner approaches respondent no. 3 by filing a representation with regard to his grievance within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
