The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vigilance Case No. 115 of 2016 registered under Sections 7. 13(2) read with 13(i) D.P.C. Act.

The allegation is of demanding bribe.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that earlier informant also filed Case No. 1064 of 2015 against the petitioner, which was rejected by the Anchal Adhikari, Rajpur, as contained in Annexure-2 to the application.
