The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was taken into custody and the seizure-list was not prepared in presence of the petitioner rather two outside witness were made to testify the same.

Considering the period of custody and that now chargesheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
