The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the possession of the petitioner one stolen Passion Pro motorcycle was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this fact has not been verified that the motorcycle is stolen one.
Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10036 of 2015 (02) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014.
Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
