In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 648 of 2015 for offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner and other family members that the marriage was solemnized with the victim. They were demanding dowry and other articles. When the demand was not fulfilled, the petitioner and others killed the victim.

Paragraph nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14 shows that the lady has committed suicide by hanging herself in the room. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Wasim be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 648 of 2015.
