For a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent to a case convene Review Departmental Promotion committee meeting of central selection committee to consider the of the petitioner for promotion to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police on the basis of subsequent recommendation as persons junior to the petitioner and below in the seniority list has been promoted against unreserved vacancies and the

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, that in case the petitioner is found fit for promotion to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police by the Departmental Promotion Committee, the petitioner is entitled for promotion to Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police from the date his junior were promoted with all consequential benefits including arrear of differences of salary.

III. For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled under law."
