Patna High Court CWJC No.15409 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the resolution passed in the special meeting held on 06.08.2018 on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.
