Against the order of cancellation of licence of the petitioner under the PDS Scheme, he has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority, namely, the Collector of the district vide Appeal No.13/2021 on 20.07.2021, but till date the appeal has not been disposed of.

Any breach in the timeline provided in this order shall be viewed seriously.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
