The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded pistol and two cartridges were recovered. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014.
