2. At the very outset a statement is made at the Bar on behalf of the petitioners, who are the two brother-inlaws and father-in-law respectively, of the informant that an amicable settlement has been reached between the parties and the informant is now living harmoniously at her matrimonial house with the petitioners.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 25.01.2019 in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 403 of 2018 pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3942 of 2019(6) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 in the Court of ACJM V, Bettiah, West Champaran shall stand confirmed if the petitioners produces the informant before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, failing which their bail bonds shall stand automatically cancelled.
