Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph -1 of the bail application. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2014 in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor it has been alleged that the petitioner had in fact thrown bomb due to which daughter of the informant sustained injury. However, later on, the name of the petitioner has been added by a person inimical to the petitioner.
