The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant.
Statements have been made in para 5 and 8 of the petition that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and co-accused Shatrughan Ram @ Rai has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 47000 of 2014.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has not

No.8513 of 2015 (02) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 been put on TIP, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 11 of 2015 arising out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 308 of 2013.
Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of the offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
