Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after forty days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.911 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019.
