Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught by the police just after the alleged occurrence and the informant identified the petitioner and furthermore, snatched mobile was also recovered from possession of the petitioner and also keeping in mind that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Araria P.S.
