2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent authorities to complete the construction of road appertaining to Block Piprahi Village- Parsauni Baij, P.S. Piprahi, District- Sheohar connecting to Mahadalit Tola in view of the direction issued by the Government of Bihar.

3. By way of filing counter affidavit, learned counsel for State submits that the funds have been duly disbursed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1105 of 2023(7) dt.21-12-2023 2/2 Department of Revenue and Land Reforms through CFMS to Sheohar district and the same has been communicated to the Collector, Sheohar through Letter No. 1769 dated 13.10.2023 (Annexure-E to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent Nos. 1 and 2).

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondent authority concerned to complete the construction of the road in question as early as possible.

5. Writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
