1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 301 of 2024 registered under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the three accused persons came on motorcycle, resorted to firing and looted the informant of Rs.2 lacs in Indian currency as also Rs.2 lacs in Nepalese currency.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that the stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the petitioner's possession. It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession. He

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation, inspite of the petitioner having remained in custody for 6 months since 5.10.2024, charge-sheet having been submitted in the case without putting the petitioner on T.I. Parade, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 301 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sitamarhi.
