2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P. S. Case No.397 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot and the name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Md. Usman, who was allegedly caught at the spot. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1362 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.
