It appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.12.2014.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/concerned court in Patliputra P.S. Case no. 387/2014.
