JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment of the learned Division Bench dated 18.04.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Rituraj Saraubh & Anr.), reported in 2019 (1) PLJR 444.
Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Rituraj Saraubh (supra). It is directed that the respondent no. 5 shall examine the case of the petitioner and if his case is found similar, then similar benefits, as has been given to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16229 of 2018(2) dt.11-03-2019 2/2 respondents of the aforesaid L.P.A. No. 1472 of 2015, shall be granted to the petitioner, by passing necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from today.
