The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 34 of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 1275 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner stays in a joint family property and as such was not

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2021.
