JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 386, 452, 457, 506/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that this petitioner entered into the house of the informant, demanded extortion and on denial assaulted with khanti to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 323, 341, 456, 506 of the I.P.C.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
