The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. 95,000/-, in dowry, and causing assault to her through iron rod.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is in custody

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019.
