JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 The writ application has been filed seeking quashing of the order and judgment, passed by the learned Additional Collector, Supaul, in Jamabandi Restoration/Cancellation Case No.133 of 2015, dated 28.04.2018, whereby he has set aside the order of the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, passed in Misc. Revenue Case No. 09 of 2008-09.

The petitioner has remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal under Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, if the impugned order is final order under the enactments referred to under Section 9 of the Act.
