The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the informant found his daughter hanging with her dupatta on the fan and she was taken to the Hospital for treatment, where the doctor declared her dead. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. From

No.4665 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 perusal of paragraph nos.11, 12 and 30 of the case diary, it is evident that the deceased committed suicide due to family scuffle which took place between her parents. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekalan P.S. case No.414 of 2018.
