2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar(Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 14.06.2021 at about 7 P.M., petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed with deadly weapons went to the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting the informant's family members. It is further alleged that petitioner no. 1 attacked on the head of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8381 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 informant with a sword, petitioner no. 2 broke the hand of the informant's wife and petitioner no. 3 attacked on the head of the informant's wife. Further, they took away Rs. 5,000/- cash from his house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedent and both the parties are relatives. There is a case and counter case and both the parties have suffered injuries.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia/concern court in connection with Sadar(Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
