Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 29586 of 2019 on 26.04.2019, as contained in Supplementary Affidavit.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4294 of 2020(3) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Siwan in connection with Tr. No. 2446 of 2019 arising out of Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 274 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
