JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was made accused in Mokama P.S. Case No. 156 of 1989 for the offence punishable under section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code with the allegation that he along with other accused kidnapped the victim of the aforesaid case. The petitioner could be remanded in the aforesaid case on 28.08.2014 whereas remaining accused faced trial and got acquittal. Considering the previous conduct of the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 156 of 1989,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6586 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh stands rejected.
