The only allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others chased the deceased as a result whereof the deceased fell down on earth and got injuries. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. case No.1244/2015.
