ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018 in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.449 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AAA), 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act read with Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner and other three persons had collected willingly to surrender before the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, they were taken into custody and the present case has been filed against them. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been in custody for

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.449 of 2018.
