JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner is said to have given Dabiya blow on the head of the informant but informant sustained simple injury and furthermore, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S.Case No.119 of 2014.
