Petitioner and two others went at the house of the informant, who happens to be father of the petitioner and allegedly, petitioner opened fire but no one has sustained firearm injury and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged by the informant on account of partition dispute.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
