JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1474 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners no. 1,2 & 3 are brother-in-law, petitioner no.4 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.5 is married nanad of the complainant. Case is under Section 498A of IPC.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2528 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. No specific allegation has been attributed against them. They are ready to co-operate in disposal of the complaint.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri Bijay Kumar Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhaglpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1474 of 2018 with condition to co-operate in disposal of the complaint and appear as and when required.
